Safety Policy

Safety is our best policy

Sephine Projects Ltd seeks to provide Health and Safety
at all times in its workplaces, the safest and healthiest
working conditions that is reasonably practicable, by
adopting health and safety measures of International
standard with emphasis on workforce involvement.
The safety policy would be brought to the notice of all
site personnel on recruitment and by way of publishing
such policies on secured Notice Board within each site. For safety of site workers a safety officer will be stationed on site and the following protective clothing and equipment will be provided on site;

  • Safety Helmets
  • Industrial Gloves
  • Ear Defender
  • Waist Safety Belt
  • Overall Clothing
  • Safety Boots
  • Welding shields

First Aid box is always provided on site 19l treatment of minor injuries.
The following fire prevention policy is always adopted:
All inflammable materials will be stored on site in a protected container
and marked.

The site will be kept clean by removing combustible materials quickly.
Where necessary they have to be stored in a secured place. As part of health and safety briefing session, site personnel will be
informed of evacuation plan. All personnel shall adhere to no smoking rule on site.

 

Insurance Policy

We maintain a Workmen Compensation Insurance
(WCI) policy for our work force.

We also take out any other insurance as required
and provided in the contract.

 

Quality Policy

It is our policy to clearly identify and meet the quality requirement of our clients to actively and continuously promote the achievement of excellence.

Goals

  • To continually evaluate our quality system and procedures through periodic internal quality audit and seeking further improvements.
  • To motivate on continuous basis in order to improve our service quality.
  • To achieve compliance with all contractual requirement at first attempt.
  • To implement quality system.

On-Site Activity

Before commencement of site
activity, a comprehensive appraisal
of all contract documents shall be
carried out by the construction
team for technical and quality
requirements together with
resources required.

All materials delivered to site must
be checked to conform to
specification requirement.
Unsuitable materials will be returned.
